Why I Started This Blog
When I joined the gym, everyone told me to buy expensive supplements, protein powders, and mass gainers. But I didn’t have money for all that. I needed a low-budget, practical solution that actually worked for skinny people like me.
My Turning Point
After months of wasting time and energy, I finally did my research, changed my routine, and started eating real, affordable Indian food. That’s when things started to change.
- I created a high-calorie diet using dal, rice, banana, peanut butter, and milk
- I followed a fixed gym routine (45-60 minutes only)
- I drank water at the right times and started taking creatine properly
And most importantly — I became consistent.
